WWE Confirms Star Out Of Action Due To Injury

WWE Confirms Star Out Of Action Due To Injury WWE

On tonight’s July 8 episode of WWE Raw, an injury was confirmed as one half of a tag team was seemingly soldiering on alone.

During Pete Dunne’s entrance on WWE Raw tonight ahead of his match against ‘Big’ Bronson Reed, Michael Cole shared some news about Dunne’s tag partner in the New Catch Republic, Tyler Bate.

It was noted that Tyler Bate will be “out of action for a bit” after suffering an injury during a match on last week’s NXT.

The New Catch Republic took on Hank Walker and Tank Ledger on the July 2 episode of the show, where the Republic picked up the win.

After tonight’s match, Dunne seemed to rebuff a Brawling Brutes reunion with Sheamus after the latter came out to fend off a post-match attack by Reed.

Dunne seemed disinterested and shoved Sheamus away, with Sheamus unsure as to why Dunne would have an issue with him.

There was no real physical break-up of the Brawling Brutes, but the group – Sheamus, Dunne (then called Butch) and Ridge Holland – was essentially forced into disintegration after Sheamus suffered an injury and was off TV for eight months.
