As part of Talking Smack, which dropped on the WWE Network earlier on today, some of the roster members who were undrafted during last night’s SmackDown have now been allocated brands.
During Talking Smack, the brands for Murphy, Humberto Carrillo, Tucker, Drew Gulak and Kalisto were confirmed by WWE. These were first all reported by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select.
- Humberto Carrillo to Raw
- Murphy to SmackDown
- Drew Gulak to Raw
- Kalisto to SmackDown
- Tucker to Raw
This obviously means that we have seen the end of Heavy Machinery, at least for the time being, as Mr. Money in the Bank Otis was selected by FOX to remain on SmackDown during last night’s show.
This also means that we may have seen the end of Lucha House Party, as while Kalisto has been moved over to SmackDown, both Lince Dorado and Gran Metalik have remained undrafted and without a brand. However, it is possible that they end up on SmackDown.
While we won’t be seeing Heavy Machinery anymore on WWE TV, we will be seeing another act on the same show as Murphy was drafted to SmackDown, following his Messiah Seth Rollins who was moved to the blue brand earlier on in the night.
While we now know where the five aforementioned names are going to end up, WWE has still left another four Superstars who were in the draft pool for last night’s SmackDown without a brand.
Stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com over the coming days to find out where WWE has decided to place Shorty G, Mickie James and the aforementioned Lince Dorado and Gran Metalik.
