WWE has now confirmed the date, location and venue for the final scheduled pay-per-view event of 2021.
Earlier today (August 16), WWE announced over 30 more live events up until the end of this calendar year. In this announcement, it was revealed that the final WWE pay-per-view of 2021 will take place on December 12 in Chicago’s Allstate Arena.
The pay-per-view was only listed as “WWE PPV” in the release, however a WWE Network commercial previously hinted that TLC would follow Survivor Series on the WWE calendar.
TLC has aired in December every year since 2009, with the exception of 2017, when the show took place in October.
WWE have confirmed that Survivor Series 2021 will take place on November 21 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. It has been reported that The Rock will make his WWE return at this show to set up a WrestleMania program with Roman Reigns.
Another report has revealed the front-runner city for hosting Royal Rumble 2022 in January.
