WWE has confirmed that four new stars have been signed to developmental deals at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.
Included in the lucky foursome is “Smokeshow” Scarlett Bordeaux, who many will know from her time in Impact, ROH and numerous other indie promotions around the world.
Shotzi Blackheart has also signed with WWE soon after denying that she had done so, so I hope she knows how much she has hurt my feelings by lying.
Also joining the Performance Center is Australian star Indi Hartwell, who has won several titles in her home country and has also appeared for Shimmer.
Lastly, Stephon Smith joins as a referee after a stint in Ohio Valley Wrestling and for EVOLVE.
WWE is clearly keen on signing as many female stars as possible, and with Bordeaux, Blackheart and Hartwell, they have three stars with a lot of potential. If you look closely, Bordeuax is blonde, and will therefore be in the WrestleMania main event next year if Vince McMahon spots her.
Now that NXT is two hours long, could we be seeing one of the trio debut in the coming weeks?
