WWE Confirms Women’s Title Match For Saudi Arabia Show

In a match that was initially rumoured for Super ShowDown, Bayley defended her SmackDown Women’s Championship against fellow former NXT star Carmella last night on SmackDown in what was actually a pretty decent TV match.

While the match was good, it will perhaps be what happened after the bout that will have fans talking.

After being attacked by both Naomi and the aforementioned Carmella, Bayley cut a promo backstage where she revealed that she will be defending her SmackDown Women’s Championship in Saudi Arabia at Super ShowDown.

It was revealed later on in the show that Carmella and Naomi will go one-on-one next week, with the winner progressing to Super ShowDown to challenge for the title.

This match will make history as the first-ever women’s title match in Saudi Arabia. Bayley and either Carmella or Naomi will follow Natalya and Lacey Evans who had the first-ever women’s match in Saudi Arabia at Crown Jewel in October 2019.

Who do you think should win the number one contenders match next week and face Bayley at Super ShowDown? Let us know in the comments.
