It seems that relations are still good between WWE and Bad Bunny, as WWE reached out to the artist to congratulate him on an impressive feat.
Bad Bunny first appeared on WWE television during the 2021 Royal Rumble, where he performed his song ‘Booker T’ during the event and later interfered in the match to cost the Miz and John Morrison their chance at victory.
He later appeared regularly on WWE television, ultimately culminating in a match at WrestleMania 37 alongside Damien Priest against the team of Miz and Morrison.
Bad Bunny impressed at the event, performing a Canadian Destroyer on Morrison to help secure his team the victory.
Bad Bunny also won the 24/7 Championship during his time with the company, and was a surprise entrant at this year’s Royal Rumble.
Bad Bunny scored two eliminations in the match: Sheamus and Dolph Ziggler.
Now WWE has congratulated the rapper on being Spotify’s top global artist for the third year in a row, sending their congratulations on Twitter.
