A new report has emerged noting that WWE is considering pushes for two promising stars as a result of the current state of the Raw roster.
According to reliable source WrestleVotes, WWE has realised Raw needs freshening up – about time, really – and they’ve got two specific names in mind that could change things.
The first of those ideas is a “big opportunity” for Damian Priest. Priest has a nearly-perfect record since his move to the main roster and faces The Miz in a lumberjack match this Sunday at WrestleMania Backlash.
The other idea noted in the report is that WWE has considered moving former NXT Champion Aleister Black over from SmackDown to Raw.
Black recently reappeared on TV via vignettes a couple of weeks ago after being completely missing since the end of October.
What could complicate things is that it’s also been reported that WWE has considered putting Black in an act with real-life wife Zelina Vega now that she’s returning, so there are a few variables at play.
