Three Departing WWE Stars Invited To TNA Wrestling Faction

Three WWE stars in the May 2025 tranche of recently departing names have been invited to join a TNA Wrestling faction.

News broke on May 2 of a number of names, including former champions, no longer under contract with WWE.

These departures came just a day after several behind-the-scenes employees were cut by WWE.

A TNA Wrestling star has now invited three of the previously named stars to join him, believing their addition would be “Fir$t Cla$$”.

AJ Francis, himself a former WWE star until his own second release in September 2023, took to Twitter to respond to speculation about potential TNA Wrestling signings, posting:

“Well @OroMensah_wwe, @ImKingKota & @ShotziWWE have a standing offer to join FIR$T CLA$$ 💰✈️”

Oro Mensah is a former NXT UK Tag Team Champion, having held that title under his previous ring name of Oliver Carter.

A former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, Dakota Kai has recently shared a new statement following her recent release.

Shotzi is also a former champion, having held the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship with Ember Moon (now Athena in ROH).

As previously reported, Shotzi’s exit reportedly came due to WWE opting not to extend her contract.
