WWE Edits Out Controversial Moment From Raw

WWE Edits Out Controversial Moment From Raw WWE

WWE has edited a controversial moment from a recent episode of WWE Raw following backlash online following the segment.

WWE star Carlito found himself in hot water online following the October 21 episode of Monday Night Raw for an adlib during a backstage segment with Adam Pearce.

On the show, Carlito approached Pearce, hoping to secure Dominik Mysterio a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship.

As he entered the room, IYO SKY and Kairi Sane were leaving the room after speaking in Japanese to Pearce, to which Carlito uttered the line ‘I’ve gotta learn Chinese’, which was reportedly not in the script.

The line was immediately removed from the segment when it was uploaded to social media after it aired, and Carlito has not spoken on WWE Raw since the line.

With the episode of the show now being uploaded to the WWE Network and Peacock, the segment has now been edited out of the replay of the show.

Instead, the show now zooms in on Adam Pearce as Carlito would be saying the line, with the audio also being edited out of the show.
