Major Announcement On WWE Women’s Elimination Chamber Match

Adam Pearce popped by tonight’s episode of WWE Raw (January 30) in a backstage segment where he broke a lot of news for the WWE Women’s division.

Noting that he could officially announce that the previously scrapped match between Bayley and Becky Lynch in a steel cage was on once again.

Next week on WWE Raw, Becky Lynch vowed to end the feud with Bayley after having a spicy exchange in a previous back and forth verbal jousting.

Pearce went on to continue the news making segment by announcing that after Rhea Ripley confirmed her selection of which champ to face at WrestleMania 39 ( for more about that click here), the other Women’s Championship number one contender would be determined via Elimination Chamber match.

Adding that four of the slots had already been determined via the last four to be eliminated in the Royal Rumble, the following would be participating in the match.

The four that already qualified are Raquel Rodriguez, Asuka, Liv Morgan and Nikki Cross.

For the fifth slot, there would be a big match on next week’s WWE Raw (February 6) to determine who else would join the titular match.

Michin Mia Yim, Candace LeRae, Piper Niven and the returning Carmella would face off with the winner securing the last slot in the match.

While Pearce had dropped a lot of information in short order, he wasn’t able to exit so swiftly as he was instead met by a returning Chelsea Green.

Asking to speak to whoever the manager is, her delightful character is already being perfectly exhausting.

Elsewhere on WWE Raw, both Royal Rumble winners took to the ring to make their choices clear for their WrestleMania 39 intentions.

While Cody Rhodes discussed his history, he then transitioned to his future as he faces off with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39.
