A new WWE special has been announced, with this “first-ever” event taking place in October, featuring two championship matches.
The announcement was made by WWE Evolve Prime Minister Stevie Turner on the recent episode of the Tubi series.
With Turner building the hype for the October 15 special, she would explain it’s something she has been working on.
Announcing the first-ever WWE Evolve Tubi special, she said:
“And, I am super-excited to announce something that I have been working on for quite some time.
“On October 15, Evolve will hold our first-ever Tubi special, Succession, where, for the very first time both the Men’s and Women’s Evolve Championships will be defended on the very same night.
“The contenders for both those Championships will be decided over the next two weeks.”

Addressing the announcement on Twitter, Turner promised that the show was “gonna be big”.
The current Men’s Evolve Champion is Jackson Drake, having held the title since the episode broadcast on June 4.
Kali Armstrong is the current Women’s Evolve Champion, with that title win being broadcast on May 28.
Both wins were, as with all episodes of Evolve, pre-recorded, with no details (at the time of writing) as to whether the Succession special will follow the same pattern.
WWE Evolve airs on Tubi every Wednesday, with international viewers able to watch the episode on YouTube.
