There’s been another development in the story of a WWE faction breaking up, or at least one of its members exiting the group.

For a number of weeks now on WWE SmackDown, Legado Del Fantasma leader Santos Escobar has been unhappy with the performances of Los Garza.

Los Garza, the tag team made up of Garza cousins Angel and Berto, have been on something of a losing streak, and that continued tonight.

Rey Fenix and Andrade teamed up tonight and scored a tag team victory over Los Garza, with Escobar watching on at ringside.

Escobar, who has been something of a hypocrite as he’s been on a losing streak too – including a loss to Fenix just last week – confronted the Garzas in the ring after the match.

Berto in particular didn’t appreciate Escobar’s actions and got in his face, even slapping him away from talking down to them.

Berto then stormed out of the ring and walked back up the ramp on his own as Angel and Escobar watched on.

In recent weeks, it seemed as though Berto had been thinking about the idea of breaking away after receiving advice from Andrade.
