WWE Faction Splitting Up?

Following their unsuccessful pursuit of the WWE Tag Team Championships, WWE are seemingly teasing the split of Los Garza from Legado Del Fantasma.

Several weeks ago, on the March 7 episode of SmackDown, WWE seemed to plant the seed that Los Garza (Berto & Angel) could be on the verge of a split.

After falling short to Pretty Deadly in a WWE Tag Team Title number one contender four-way, Berto and Angel received a verbal dressing down from Santos Escobar, only for Andrade to enter the scene and tell Berto that he deserved to be treated better.

While there have few developments since then, we saw the storyline pick up once again after last night’s SmackDown in London, with WWE sharing a SmackDown Exclusive segment to YouTube after the show went off the air.

As can be seen below, the segment began with Angel and Berto expressing to Escobar their amazement at Montez Ford’s athleticism during The Street Profits and Los Garza’s match on SmackDown last week (March 21).

This naturally angered Escobar, who then questioned whether he was the only one of the three who understands the “weight and pride” of being called Legado Del Fantasma.

Andrade would then once again enter the picture, standing up for not only Berto, but Angel too, imploring Escobar to show more trust in his stablemates if he wants the group to win.

Escobar wouldn’t take too kindly to Andrade’s intervention, telling him to “mind his own business” before instructing Berto and Angel to follow him off camera.
