Many people across the wrestling world are celebrating Father’s Day today (June 18), and one WWE star who made sure to send their father a Father’s Day message was NXT star Brooks Jensen, whose father is former WWE star Bull Buchanan.
Yesterday, a fan shared a clip of Buchanan during his time as B2 in WWE alongside John Cena during his Doctor of Thuganomics era in 2003.
The hilarious clip shows Cena pass the mic off to B2, who simply shouts ‘BOOYAH!”
Brooks replied to the clip today, quoting the video of his father’s rap, simply saying:
Happy Fathers Day… Booyah! #WWENXT
Brooks will team alongside his partner Josh Briggs against Edris Enofe and Malik Blade and Hank Walker and Tank Ledger on next week’s NXT Gold Rush special episode, with the winning team getting a shot at Gallus’ NXT Tag Team Championship the following week.
Buchanan was a guest at the WWE Performance Center recently, where he served as a guest coach.
