The match was stopped when Roman Reigns attacked Cesaro, ahead of their WrestleMania Backlash Universal Championship match.

Also on SmackDown, Natalya and Tamina defeated Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler to become the new Women’s Tag Team Champions. Another title could change hands on next week’s show, with a four-way match set for the Intercontinental Championship.
