WWE has recently filed for a bizarre new trademark with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
On May 11, WWE filed to trademark the phrase “There’s never a bad time to have a good time”. According to the USPTO, WWE plan to use this trademark for “Entertainment services” as well as for merchandise.
The following descriptions accompanied the 2 filings:

GS0251: Clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, clothing ties, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headwear, namely, hats, caps; wrist bands as clothing; bandanas
As of writing, WWE’s plans for this phrase are currently unknown. WWE also recently filed a trademark for “I’m Nobody’s Bitch“. Jimmy Uso sported this phrase on his shirt during a match with Cesaro on SmackDown.
The match was stopped when Roman Reigns attacked Cesaro, ahead of their WrestleMania Backlash Universal Championship match.
Also on SmackDown, Natalya and Tamina defeated Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler to become the new Women’s Tag Team Champions. Another title could change hands on next week’s show, with a four-way match set for the Intercontinental Championship.
