WWE Files Trademark For New Stable Name? WWE

WWE has filed a trademark potentially for a new stable name.

On August 16, WWE made a trademark filing for the term “DAMAGE CTRL” for entertainment services with the USPTO Trademarks.

The trademark filing states the following:

Description: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment.

The name “DAMAGE CTRL” could possibly be the new stable name for the Bayley-led faction with IYO SKY and Dakota Kai.

Bayley, IYO and Dakota have made several references on television and social media to the term “control” since their formation as a group at SummerSlam on July 30.

It is not confirmed what their name as a stable is as of yet.
