The final WWE-elected Board of Directors member for the new TKO company has now officially been confirmed.
Following the merger, Endeavor has six representatives on the TKO Board of Directors, while WWE has five.
Back in August, Endeavor confirmed its six representatives, while WWE had confirmed only four, so there was still one spot left.
Endeavor’s six representatives are Ari Emanuel, Egon P Durban, Jonathan A Kraft, Sonya E Medina, Mark Shapiro, and Carrie Wheeler.
WWE’s initially confirmed four representatives were Vincent K McMahon, Nick Khan, Steven R Koonin, and Nancy R Tellem.
Now the merger has officially gone through, the fifth WWE Board of Directors member has been confirmed as well.
That spot has gone to Peter C Bynoe.
Bynoe is a Chicago attorney and businessman who, in 1989, purchased a controlling share in the Denver Nuggets with Bertram Lee, making them the first black owners of a major sports team.
