
Former WWE star Matt Cardona is set to appear in an upcoming Western movie, with a trailer for this movie now released.
Cardona shared a link to the teaser trailer for independent Western “Down The Long River” on social media, confirming that he’ll feature in the upcoming release.
Directed by Harry Kolmer and written by Kurt Aubuchon, Down The Long River follows events that take place in a tiny river town shortly after the Civil War, when “revenge and a fortune of gold are at stake.”
The official synopsis for the film reads (per IMDb):
“In the aftermath of the Civil War, a former Army surgeon, a notorious gang, and a duplicitous Pinkerton agent cross paths in a tiny river town.
“When revenge and a fortune in gold are at stake, the town is caught in the crossfire.”

Matt Cardona also shared the poster for this independent feature, on which he is billed second, behind Kurt Aubuchon.
