Former WWE Star Addresses ‘Bulls**t’ Snub From Upcoming Show WWE

Former WWE star Ric Flair has addressed a new documentary about the fall of WCW, calling his omission “bulls**t” and “embarrassing”.

The creators of the Dark Side of the Ring recently confirmed that their co-production with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Seven Bucks Productions called “Who Killed WCW?” will premiere on VICE on June 4.

The four-part documentary series promises to capture the “meteoric rise and spectacular fall” of WWE’s former rivals.

A teaser trailer for the series reveals that the likes of Goldberg, Kevin Nash, Booker T and Eric Bischoff had been interviewed for the project.

Ric Flair has now taken to Twitter to argue that it’s “embarrassing” that he wasn’t interviewed for Who Killed WCW.

Sharing his honest thoughts on the situation, Flair wrote:

As Usual More Bullshit, No Interview With Ric Flair Who Was WCW, And Who Made Everyone There For 20 Years. Run By The The Same People Who Killed The Company. How Embarrassing!!

A Documentary About WCW Without Me! And According To @EBischoff On @83Weeks, I Was The Greatest WCW Wrestler, And I Made Everyone In The Company As There Wouldn’t Be Anyone Without Me.

Diamonds Are Forever And So Is Ric Flair! For You Haters, Please Go To 83 Weeks With Eric Bischoff If You Have A Problem!

Ric Flair is currently signed to AEW. He was prominently featured in the retirement storyline of Sting, ahead of the former WCW star’s final match at the March 3 Revolution pay-per-view.
