A former WWE star Sidney Akeem (SCRYPTS) has now made his in-ring return following his departure from the company.

There had been some speculation about Akeem’s next move following his WWE departure, with it being announced in May that the former “SCRYPTS” would be leaving WWE when his contract expired in June.

The free agent last wrestled for WWE at the April 20 NXT live event, teaming with Lucien Price in a losing effort against World Wrestling Entertainment Ivar & Tank Ledger.

Two months later, Akeem has now returned to the ring, with the former WWE star competing at Saturday’s (June 15) GCW Hit Em Up show.

Akeem defeated Jack Cartwheel with an impressive back handspring cutter, which you can watch a clip of below.
