Former TNA World Tag Team Champions Motor City Machine Guns could be debuting in WWE soon according to a new report.
With WWE currently in a talent-sharing partnership with TNA Wrestling, it was recently reported that Wendy Choo will be heading to TNA Victory Road to face Jordynne Grace.
According to PW Nexus Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin are WWE bound, with their debut potentially coming as soon as NXT’s CW Network premiere on October 1.
It had previously been reported that MCMG were likely to sign with WWE thanks to the “better offer” made to them over that by AEW.
Along with being former three-time TNA World Tag Team Champions, the pair have also held the X Division Championship and Heavyweight Championship in singles competition.
They are former ROH World Tag Team Champions and have held both the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship and Strong Openweight Tag Team Championship in NJPW.
WrestleTalk will provide further details of Motor City Machines and WWE as they emerge.
Other matches have already been announced for the October 1 show, include TNA Wrestling’s Zachary Wentz facing Wes Lee in a street fight, Roxanne Perez vs. Giulia for the NXT Women’s Championship and Ethan Page defending the NXT Championship against Trick Williams.
Sources close to #PWNexus have informed us that MCMG are #WWENXT bound, with their debut potentially as soon as NXT's CW premiere. We are working to reach out to other sources to further confirm.
