Former WWE Name Reveals Future Plans WWE

A former WWE name has revealed their future plans having parted ways with the company in June 2024 after eight years.

Kayla Braxton served as a ring announcer until her last appearance on the June 28, 2024 episode of WWE SmackDown.

She would go on to reveal that she felt she had achieved all she could in WWE and that her departure was “all amicable”.

In a recent post on Instagram, the real-life Kayla Becker has revealed her future plans, seeking a new on-air role to capitalize on her expertise.

The Instagram post provided a brief insight into Becker’s plans, with the text reading:

“🎤 On the mic and back on the market. Not new to this — but newly available.

“If you’re looking for someone with range, timing, and a rent payment looming… let’s make something great (and billable).”

The post was accompanied by a graphic of Becker, along with further details and reads:

“Now booking on-air opportunities.

“After nearly a decade in live broadcasting from sports arenas to red carpets, I’m currently seeking new on-air roles across sports, entertainment, and lifestyle.

“Since leaving WWE, I’ve launched two independent podcasts I’m proud of, but I’m also ready to rejoin a media team where I can collaborate, tell bigger stories, and expand my impact on-air.

“Whether it’s live coverage, unscripted interviews, or branded content, I thrive when I’m in the moment and on the mic.

“Hosting | red carpet | studio & field, Live events | lifestyle segments | digital series, WWE | NBC | Peacock | Milk & Honeys | Killing Time With Kayla”

Becker previously an unfortunate incident in a mandatory WWE bump class that was witnessed (and recorded) by Michael Cole.

That would mark the only occasion where she would take a bump and rule out the possibility of ever pursuing a wrestling career.
