A Raw star lost a match in another promotion, being one of several WWE names in action at Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIV.

Six WWE stars wrestled at the GCW produced show, which took place on August 2 ahead of SummerSlam.

Two of the WWE names in action were Erik and Ivar of the War Raiders, who competed in separate Bloodsport matches, taking place in ropeless rings with wins achieved via KO, TKO or submission.

While Erik was able to defeat 1 Called Manders, Ivar came up short against Royce Isaacs.

Isaacs scored a victory over Ivar via submission, marking the third time he has defeated a WWE star in Bloodsport matches.

He now has a 3-1 record specifically against WWE stars at Bloodsport, also defeating Charlie Dempsey at Bloodsport XI in July 2024, and Myles Borne at Bloodsport XII in November 2024. He notably lost to Tavion Heights at Bloodsport XIII in April.

Charlie Dempsey had a better night at the August 2 event, defeating Dominic Garrini via submission. Natalya, aka Nattie Neidhart, won her big match against former TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich via TKO.

Timothy Thatcher – who currently serves as a trainer for the WWE ID program and performer on the Evolve brand – scored a victory with a rare DQ, following Slade biting him.

The main event of the show saw Pete Dunne face off against Jonathan Gresham. The WWE star was ultimately victorious, picking up a victory via submission.
