Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion The Great Khali is starring in an upcoming sci-fi movie sequel set for a November release.
The WWE Hall of Famer will star as Mohd.khan in the movie Raduaa Returns, written and directed by Nav Bajwa.
Raduaa Returns is a science fiction film in which Nav (played by Bajwa), Hcl (B. N. Sharma), Sukhi (Gurpreet Ghuggi) and Jasmine (Satinder Satti) travel through time from 1955 to 2255 before hopping into the distant past.
It is, according to its IMDB entry, based on The Time Machine by HG Wells.
Bajwa shared the poster for the movie, which can be seen below this news story, showing The Great Khali with an excessively long sword, revealing:
A journey through time…
Mark your calendars! Raduaa Returns is coming to cinemas on November 22, 2024.
Get ready for the thrill! 🎬✨
The movie is a sequel to Raduaa, Bajwa’s 2018 comedy movie, with a number of cast members reuniting.
It was in that movie that the heroes became trapped in 1955 thanks to their time travel experiment with things made worse as they try to remember what they did to end up in the past in the first place.
Khali left WWE after his contract expired in November 2014, although has made appearances since and was in The Greatest Royal Rumble on April 27, 2018 in Saudi Arabia.
At the Royal Rumble in 2010, he attempted to eliminate Beth Phoenix only to be eliminated by the Glamazon, as can be seen in the clip below this news story.
He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2021.
