With GUNTHER having addressed his victory over John Cena, a former WWE star has praised The Ring General after last night’s Raw.
GUNTHER defeated John Cena on WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, bring the record-breaking champion’s in-ring career to an end.
With The Ring General addressing the fans on last night’s WWE Raw, the reaction from those in attendance was clear as they boo’d him quite decisively.
Former WWE star and current TNA World Tag Team Champion Matt Hardy shared his thoughts on the rise of GUNTHER on Raw in a post on Twitter, stating:
“Gunther just went to another level. His match & finish with Cena is what allowed this.
“Seeing this through will produce massive results if done right.”
The tweet saw Hardy repost the footage of GUNTHER on WWE Raw and the hostile reaction he received from fans at the GIANT Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
With Cena’s retirement now in the record books, the wrestling world reacted to the end of the in-ring career of the top WWE star.
