‘He’s A Machine’: WWE’s GUNTHER Names Athlete He Believes Would Make A Good Wrestler WWE

WWE World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER has named an athlete who he believes would make a good wrestler.

During an interview with NBC Sports, GUNTHER was asked by Gary Neville which English Premier League footballer he believes would be the best between the ropes.

GUNTHER named Manchester City striker Erling Haaland, touting the Norweigan’s height and charisma.

Calling Haaland a machine, GUNTHER said:

“Right now? It depends on who is the best character, I guess. I think from England in the Premier League right now, maybe Erling Haaland would be good.

“He’s quite tall. He’s charismatic. He’s a machine, so I think he could have a career in that.”

Following years of experience as a pro-wrestling coach, it’s fair to say GUNTHER knows what he’s talking about when discussing an athlete’s potential.

The Ring General recently addressed his recent criticisms of The Undertaker’s coaching, which you can read more about right here.

GUNTHER will defend his gold against Jey Uso on WrestleMania 41 Saturday on April 19.
