With a career spanning three decades, a WWE referee has addressed calls from fans for him to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Charles Robinson has been a referee since 1995, going on to work in WCW until 2001 and continuing to ply his trade in WWE.
Mere days before his 61st birthday, WWE Night of Champions saw Robinson on the receiving end of a shoulder tackle from John Cena.
Beloved by fans, the WWE referee has recently shared his thoughts on fans asking for him to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
During WWE Raw Recap, the official would reveal that he gets “a little choked up” at the suggestion, saying:
“It makes me feel good, I get a little choked up. I just think there’s a lot of other guys that should be put in first, you know?
“Maybe one day, but there’s a lot of other deserving guys besides myself, that’s the way I feel.”

Currently assigned to WWE SmackDown, Robinson is the senior referee on the brand and has served that role since 2020.
Throughout his career, Robinson has been associated with Ric Flair, being referred to as “Little Naitch” in WCW.
