WWE Hall Of Famer Ozzy Osbourne Passes Away Aged 76 WWE

WWE Hall of Famer and heavy metal music legend Ozzy Osbourne has sadly passed away today at the age of 76.

The music icon had recently performed on stage with his band Black Sabbath for one final time at Villa Park in Birmingham, with Ozzy fighting through Parkinson’s Disease to perform for his fans.

Ozzy’s family told The Sun:

“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning.

“He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.

“Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis.”

Ozzy made a number of appearances for WWE, with him first appearing back at WrestleMania 2 in 1986, where he accompanied the British Bulldogs for their match against the Dream Team.

He also performed his song ‘I Don’t Wanna Stop’ live on SmackDown in 2007, as well as appearing alongside his wife Sharon as a Raw Guest Host back in 2009.

He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame celebrity wing in 2021, with his last WWE appearance being him performing War Pigs during the opening video for Survivor Series in 2022.
