The 2023 WWE Draft is set to get underway on tomorrow night’s (April 28) episode of SmackDown in Corpus Christi, Texas.
The anticipation ahead of the show continues to build, as fans await to see which WWE stars move brands, and which NXT stars make the leap up to Raw or SmackDown.
Well, it seems as though one former Raw and SmackDown General Manager will be in the house for both nights of the Draft.
Per PWInsider Elite (via Wrestling Inc.), Teddy Long is set to be at tomorrow night’s SmackDown show, as well as next week’s episode of Raw, for the WWE Draft.
It’s currently not known what his role will be on the show, or if his appearance on the show will lead to him returning to the company in a regular capacity.
Teddy Long isn’t the only name set to be present at tomorrow night’s SmackDown, with former NXT Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly set to be in Corpus Christi ahead of a potential call up in the Draft, along with Former NXT Champion Bron Breakker, and former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion Cora Jade.
Teddy Long last appeared at the Raw 30 show in January, when he made a cameo appearance to make a six-man tag team match between Imperium against Seth Rollins and the Street Profits.
