WWE Hall of Famer Sunny released from jail

WWE Hall of Famer Sunny  – real name Tammy Sytch – has been released on parole from Carbon County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania, as reported by TMZ Sports.

She spent eight months in jail after failing to appear in court for two DUI arrests.

Sytch was first sent to a facility in New Jersey, but just weeks later was sent to Pennsylvania, when police uncovered that she was a fugitive in the state.

She has had issues with the law prior to this particular incident; being arrested 10 times for DUIs, burglary, and domestic abuse – according to the report.

Sunny completed WWE-sponsored rehab in 2012, and attended rehab once again in 2017. She tweeted the following earlier today after being released:

The two-time Slammy Award winner is considered to be the first ever WWE “Diva,” and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2011 by the entire Divas roster at the time.
