WWE Hall Of Famer Thinks Braun Strowman Would Thrive In AEW

A WWE Hall of Famer has spoken highly of Braun Strowman following his WWE release, calling him a “can’t miss” signing for AEW.

With yesterday’s reports of major WWE releases, WWE, the wrestling world has already began speculating as to where these stars will wrestle next.

According to Mick Foley, AEW will be missing out if they don’t offer Braun Strowman a deal. The Hall of Famer stated that Strowman could most likely could work anywhere he chooses to.

Hoping to see Strowman on Dynamite, Foley tweeted:

“The Strowman release is particularly surprising – but I’m guessing Braun can write his own ticket for anywhere he’d like to work. A fired up Strowman would seem like a can’t miss signing for @AEW

“I know Braun has spoken of never working for another company – but unless he’s set for life at age 37, he might want to explore his options.”

Strowman was one of the more surprising releases. The Monster Among Men competed for the WWE Championship less than a month ago, and faced Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 37.

Another unexpected departure was that of Aleister Black. The former NXT Champion recently thanked Paul Heyman on Twitter for always having his back.
