The 2025 WWE women’s Royal Rumble match played host to some big returns as two Hall of Famers made an in-ring comeback.
Nikki Bella made her return to in-ring action for the first time since the 2022 Royal Rumble as she appeared as the last entrant in titular Rumble match this year.
Bella would go on to reach the final four in the match before being eliminated, shortening the field to Nia Jax, Roxanne Perez and Charlotte Flair.
Charlotte Flair would go on to win the 2025 WWE women’s Royal Rumble after eliminating Jax then Perez.
Elsewhere in the women’s match, another Hall of Famer returned to action as Trish Stratus entered at 25.
It was Stratus’ first match since she lost in a steel cage match at Payback 2023 against Becky Lynch, who did not return tonight.
Also, Jordynne Grace made her first appearance in WWE since being officially signed by the company, entering the Rumble after appearing last year while still a member of the TNA Wrestling roster.
Also, the long-anticipated return of Alexa Bliss occurred as well as she made her comeback at number 21.
There were also five NXT entrants in the women’s Rumble in the form of aforementioned runner-up Roxanne Perez, Jaida Parker, Stephanie Vaquer, Lash Legend and NXT Women’s Champion Giulia.
