WWE Has A New Plan To Restart Live Programming

WWE has been wanting to try and get things back to normal for a while now. It has been common knowledge that they do not want to hold SummerSlam at the Performance Center and now it seems like more planning is being done as a new plan is being developed.

The highly reputable WrestleVotes Twitter account has reported that WWE has a new plan to restart live programming. This plan will be starting with the SmackDown prior to SummerSlam and continuing through the weekend. Here is the tweet:

“WWE’s new plan is to restart LIVE programming beginning w/ the SmackDown prior to SummerSlam, continuing throughout the weekend w/ the PPV & into RAW. Fans are still TBD. 1 Location for all. Not certain on exact location as of yet.

NXT Takeover will still take place in Orlando.”

Reports have been circulating of late regarding WWE’s plans for SummerSlam. These reports have included everything from having the event outside to having it on a boat. With the event just over two weeks away, time is running out for the promotion to find a venue suitable for the pay per view.

What do you think WWE will do when they return to live programming? Let us know on Twitter!
