WWE Has New Policy For Employees

WWE held a “town hall” style virtual meeting this morning (November 5), and the company has instituted a new policy for its employees.

As per PWInsider, the company is now implementing a “flexible work policy” whereby employees can choose whether they wish to work from the office or at home.

There is thus no requirement for them to return full-time to the office for now.

It was also said that the company is still going to be going ahead with the move to its new HQ, although that process has obviously been delayed due to COVID-19.

Kristina Salen, who is WWE’s new Chief Financial Officer, said she’ll be doing presentations for employees breaking down the company’s quarterly earnings, which is part of an effort to have more communication with employees in general.

Names at the meeting included the company’s Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon, President & Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan, Senior Vice President of Consumer Products Sarah Cummins, and others.
