As reported by WrestleVotes, WWE has a significant level of interest in free agent Killer Kross. Kross recently left Impact Wrestling, making him a free agent.
WWE’s interest level is significantly high in signing Killer Kross. Source said he should get a similar offer to that of which was extended to Hangman Page last year. No telling if Kross will sign, but WWE is definitely pursuing him, harder than they normally pursue other FAs.

With the creation of AEW, WWE has been pursuing free agents much more vigorously. According to WrestleVotes, WWE is going after Kross harder than normal.
The tweet also mentions that Killer Kross is expected to receive an offer similar to what Hangman Page got last year. Page of course signed with AEW along with his fellow Being the Elite cohorts but the offer was supposedly quite lucrative.
It was recently announced that Kross will be appearing in MLW on February 1. It is unknown what his status is with the promotion but Kross has come out and said that he is interested in signing with a major promotion. WWE would certainly qualify.
It remains to be seen whether WWE will be the one to sign Kross. As an up and coming young talent, he appears to have his pick of where he goes next. You can keep it locked on WrestleTalk for any updates on the situation.
