WWE Hall Of Famer Takes First Bump In 16 Years WWE

A WWE Hall of Famer has shared a training video from OVW, with them taking their first bump in a wrestling ring in 16 years.

Former WWE Champion JBL has not competed in an official match since his loss to Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania 25, with him immediately retiring on the spot after the short defeat.

JBL has made numerous appearances in Battle Royals since his retirement, including the 2014 Royal Rumble match, as well as making cameo appearances at various independent shows over the past few years.

However, JBL took to Twitter today, where he shared footage from a recent trip to OVW with Jody Malenko and Al Snow, which saw him take his first bump in 16 years.

He wrote:

First bump in 16 years. Haha. Like a kid again, a real real old kid. Thanks to my coach Jody Malenko and Al Snow with OVW. I’ll be at the big show tomorrow in Louisville

JBL most recently made a return to WWE television in 2022, where he served as the manager for Baron Corbin before the duo went their separate ways in 2023.
