WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley has praised Seth Rollins’ current character, calling it ‘absolutely brilliant.
Rollins has had many iconic personas over the years, from the Architect of the Shield to the Monday Night Messiah. The current iteration of has gotten wackier as the year has went on.
Mick Foley has taken to Twitter to note that he’s a fan of Rollins’ recent work, writing:
This completely unglued @WWERollins has to be one of my favorite @WWE incarnations in recent years.
Absolutely brilliant – and he continues to back up the crazy with state of the art matches.
Rollins notably wrestled Cody Rhodes in the former AEW EVP’s return match at WrestleMania 38. Rollins vs Rhodes was the second-longest match of the two-night event, with some fans arguing that it was the match of the weekend.
The two stars are set to face off again at WrestleMania Backlash this Sunday.
The former WWE Champion hasn’t won a televised WWE match since the February 28th edition of Raw. Stay up to date with WWE TV win/loss records for 2022 using our tracker at this link.
