WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray has pitched for Oba Femi to face both Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar on both nights of SummerSlam 2026.

With Brock Lesnar making his return and avenging his loss to Oba Femi back at WWE Clash In Italy, both men are now tied with one win a piece in their rivalry.

However, Oba has continued his dominant run in the King of the Ring Tournament, with him set to face Dominik Mysterio in the semi-final on next week’s WWE Raw show.

With Seth Rollins now eliminated from the tournament, many now consider Oba Femi the favourite to win the King of the Ring, with the conflict being the seemingly looming third clash with Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.

Bully Ray Pitches Oba Femi To Defeat Both Brock Lesnar & Roman Reigns At WWE SummerSlam

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray gave a solution for the problem, pitching for Oba Femi to win King of the Ring, only to put his title shot on the line against Brock Lesnar’s career on SummerSlam night one.

Oba would then go on to retire Lesnar, before dethroning Roman Reigns on night two.

He said:

“I want Oba to win the King of the Ring. Oba wins King of the Ring and Brock Lesnar absolutely decimates him at that. 10 F5s.

“So now Oba is gonna go on to face Roman Reigns at SummerSlam. Oba is so irate about Brock jumping him again; ‘give me Brock Lesnar on night one’. If Oba Femi defeats Brock Lesnar, Brock retires, but if Brock Lesnar defeats Oba Femi, Brock gets his number one contender’s shot and goes on to face Roman Reigns night two of SummerSlam.

“What I just laid out gave WWE an opportunity to make Oba Femi their next mega star. Oba defeated Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, Oba Femi retires Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam, Oba Femi defeats Roman Reigns at SummerSlam and becomes your champion.

“If you’re gonna do it, lets fucking do it.”

What Should Be The King Of The Ring Final Be?

With only one match left of the first round of the King of the Ring Tournament, we already know three of the semi-finalists, those being Oba Femi, Dominik Mysterio and Je’von Evans, with one of Jey Uso, LA Knight, Royce Keys or Finn Balor set to join them.

Oba Femi is the obvious standout choice of the remaining names to win the entire tournament, with a final against Je’von Evans, harkening back to their rivalry in NXT, and being a stamp of approval of the next generation of the company, being the most exciting option.

There are other options, such as Oba potentially being screwed by Brock Lesnar against Dominik, allowing LA Knight to win the tournament, but the easiest and safest option would be to crown Oba as the king.
