WWE Hall Of Famer Rebuts Retirement Claims

A WWE Hall of Famer has commented on claims that they are retired, saying that they ‘don’t know anything’ about it.

WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus returned to the company last year, where she took part in her latest run with the company in a feud with Becky Lynch that spanned throughout the Spring and Summer.

Trish and Becky’s rivalry culminated in a Steel Cage match at Payback, with Becky picking up the win and Trish’s protegee Zoey Stark turning on her after the match, ending her run.

Speaking at River City Wrestling Con alongside former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Lita, Trish was asked about her retirement, where she hinted that her career was still not over.

She said:

“Retirement? What is retirement? I’m not familiar with this word. I don’t know anything about this word. We just stay ready. That’s a general statement that we [Trish & Lita] like to live by, just in case.”
