WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner has seemingly confirmed son, Brock Rechsteiner, has signed a contract with WWE.
Steiner had previously revealed that Brock had been offered a WWE NIL deal following the publicity he received from ESPN while playing football.
Scott Steiner has shared an interesting update, posting a photo on Twitter featuring Brock with platinum blond hair, wearing a WWE t-shirt, seemingly confirming that Brock has now signed this deal with the company.
The tweet was accompanied by the eyes emoji and was later shared by Brock Steiner on his own Twitter account.
WWE NIL is the Next-In-Line program designed to provide a pathway for elite athletes into pro wrestling.
The program provides training at the Performance Center as well as “brand building, media training, communications, live event promotion, creative writing and community relations”, according to the official website.
It runs alongside the WWE ID program which is designed to develop independent wrestling talent for a potential career in WWE.
Steiner has also previously stated that his son plans to follow in his footsteps after his football career comes to an end.
Brock Rechsteiner’s Twitter account has @wwerecruit, the official Twitter account for the company’s Talent ID & Development, listed in his bio.
Currently appearing on Raw, Bronson Rechsteiner, the nephew of Scott Steiner, works as Bron Breakker and is the current WWE Intercontinental Champion.
Breakker signed a WWE developmental contract in February 2021, making his debut in September of that year and going to be a two-time NXT Champion and NXT Tag Team Champion (with Baron Corbin).
