A former WWE star has revealed their filmmaking aspirations for after they retire from wrestling.
With Shotzi Blackheart recently becoming a free agent following her WWE contract expiring, there has been a lot of speculation about the former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion’s future.
Speaking with fellow former WWE star Daria Bernato (fka Sonya Deville) on Daria & Toni Unwrapped, Shotzi noted that she’s interested in becoming a horror movie director, once she feels she can no longer wrestle.
Noting that it’s her dream to direct horror movies, she said:
“Honestly, after wrestling, when my body just can’t take it anymore, I would love to be a horror movie director.
“That is the dream. Obviously, be in them also, I just want to get my head chopped off a bunch. I would love to direct horror movies someday. That is the dream.”
A number of current WWE names are establishing themselves in front of the camera, including Liv Morgan, who recently filmed for the upcoming Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo movie.
Details have now emerged on WWE interviewer Cathy Kelley’s first movie role, which you can read more about right here.
