Injured WWE Star Cleared To Return WWE

An injured WWE star has reportedly been cleared for an in-ring return, with the exact date of their next appearance potentially revealed.

As reported by PWInsider Elite (via WrestlePurists), WWE Raw star Tyler Bate is cleared to return to action.

Bate was injured on the July 2, 2024 episode of NXT during a tag-team match alongside Pete Dunne against Hank Walker and Tank Ledger, with Bate revealing that he tore his “left pectoral muscle and tendon off the bone.”

Bate would later confirm that he underwent successful surgery, however, due to requiring extensive rehab, he would go on to miss the rest of 2024.

Now, according to PWInsider, Bate has been cleared and is expected back on TV “anytime in the next few weeks”.

Bate is anticipated back on the WWE Raw brand when he makes his return from injury, with one source revealing that the February 24 episode of Raw has been “circled as a potential target date.”

Not clarified however, his on-going relationship with former New Catch Republic tag-team partner Pete Dunne.

Since Bate’s departure, Dunne has turned heel and went on to feud with Sheamus and R-Truth.
