An injured WWE star has confirmed that they have now had surgery, teasing an announcement regarding what’s next for them.

Zoey Stark suffered a significant knee injury during her match against Rhea Ripley and Kairi Sane on the May 19 Raw episode, which resulted in her being removed from the match.

Stark has now shared a video confirming that she underwent surgery with Rothman Orthopaedics in Orlando eight days after suffering ACL, MCL and meniscus injuries.

In the video – which you can view below – Stark revealed that her surgery was scheduled to take place over two hours, but actually took three and a half hours to complete.

An announcement has been teased for June 16, with the WWE star’s video stating:

What’s next for Zoey Stark? Tune in, June 16.

Stark captioned this post on Twitter:

The body achieves what the mind believes #wwe #wweraw #RawOnNetflix

There is currently no timetable for Stark’s return to the ring, but we will provide an update on Stark’s upcoming announcement.
