Another WWE Injury Announced

WWE has announced an injury to Sheamus, following his championship match at Survivor Series 2024.

With Sheamus determined to win the Intercontinental Championship before his career is over, the Celtic Warrior challenged for Bron Breakker’s gold in a three-way match along with Ludwig Kaiser at the November 30 premium live event.

Breakker was ultimately victorious in this brutal match, hitting Sheamus with a devastating Spear to win the match.

Sheamus took to social media following the bout to show off his wounds, which you can view right here.

WWE has since announced an injury to Sheamus, with Cathy Kelley stating that Sheamus suffered a ‘cracked rib’ during her interview segment with Bron Breakker on Monday’s (December 2) edition of Raw.

This segment was interrupted by Ludwig Kaiser, who stated that it was his goal to take out Sheamus, following Sheamus breaking his ribs months ago. Kaiser declared “a rib for a rib”.

Kaiser notably targeted Sheamus’ midsection during the match, striking the popular star numerous times with the shillelagh.

It’s currently unclear how long Sheamus will be away from the ring.

This comes after news that Bronson Reed both suffered a legitimate injury in the WarGames match at Survivor Series.
