WWE Star Shares Injury Update After 8 Months Away

Ahead of the September 24 episode, WWE NXT star Nikkita Lyons has shared an injury update after over 8 months away.

Nikkita Lyons has been out of action with a serious left ACL injury since January 2024.

This was the second major injury for the young WWE NXT star after she’d previously spent 11 months on the shelf in 2023.

After 8 months away, Lyons took to social media to share her latest injury update with a video of her training post surgery. Along with the video, she wrote:

it’s been a minute 🥊 8 months post op on my left ACL. now im even 🦵😁🦵 lmao… it’s not over when you fall, it’s over when you don’t get back up and just quit. no one knows all you’ve been through but you. take your power back and protect your peace. 🦁

It remains to be seen when Nikkita Lyons will return to in-ring action on WWE NXT at the time of this writing.

WrestleTalk would like to wish Lyons all the best for further progress in her injury recovery.
