There has been a new update on WWE’s plans to hold another international Premium Live Event in 2025.
Two weeks ago, ahead of WWE Elimination Chamber in Toronto, WWE’s merger company TKO Group Holdings announced a new partnership with Perth, Australia, one that would see several WWE and UFC events held in the city.
While specifics weren’t confirmed, it was revealed that an episode of both Raw and SmackDown would take place in Perth, as well as an unnamed PLE, with the 15,500 capacity RAC Arena set to be the host venue.
In a follow up to the announcement PWInsiderElite has reported that these events are currently planned to take place in the Fall of 2025, with September “likely” to be the specific month chosen.
WWE has one international PLE officially announced for 2025 thus far, with WWE Clash in Paris set to take place at the Paris La Défense Arena on August 31.
The company are set to begin their Road to WrestleMania European tour this Friday, with Barcelona set to host Friday Night SmackDown (March 14), before over two weeks of televised and non televised events in cities such as Brussels, Glasgow, and London.
We will provide further updates on WWE’s plans for the unannounced Perth, Australia events as they become available.
