WWE Legend Fires Back At Jesse Ventura Over Commentary Line

WWE Legend Fires Back At Jesse Ventura Over Commentary Line WWE

A comment made about WWE’s Bron Breakker’s family and intelligence has caused Scott Steiner to fire back at Jesse Ventura.

The January 25 2025 edition of WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event saw Breakker beat Sheamus and retain the Intercontinental Championship.

Highlights from the match can be seen below this news story but don’t include the comment from Ventura that caused Steiner to take issue.

Over on Twitter, footage was shared of Ventura on commentary taking a shot at the Steiner family with a ‘Steiner math’ joke, saying:

“But there is one thing he ain’t got.

“He’s a Steiner and that means two and two equals five.”

Breakker is the son of Rick Steiner and the nephew of Scott Steiner, with the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion taking issue with his fellow WWE Hall of Famer’s take.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Steiner used his infamous take on math to take a shot at Ventura, warning:

“Jesse Ventura seems to forget that I attended a highly educated university next time I see him there’s a 141 2/3 chance that I will slap him like a b**ch…

“His navy seal training can’t help him.”

Ventura was recently confirmed as being part of all the 2025 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event specials on NBC.

While there’s been no indication that Steiner and Ventura could cross paths on WWE television, the January 25 Saturday Night’s Main Event saw a number of wrestling legends make an appearance.

Alongside ‘Million Dollar Man’ Ted DiBiase making a backstage appearance, Shawn Michaels moderated the contract signing between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens while Alundra Blayze, Mark Henry, Dory Funk Jr, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard were all seen in the crowd.
