Rikishi Shares Prediction For Jey Uso WWE Intercontinental Championship Match WWE

Jey Uso is set to face Bron Breakker for the WWE Intercontinental Champion and Rikishi has predicted the winner.

The September 9 2024 episode of WWE Raw saw Uso win the Intercontinental Title No. 1 Contender’s Tournament as can be seen below this news story.

With Uso set to face Bron Breakker for the title in the future, it was recently reported that the match wouldn’t take place at the October WWE Bad Blood PLE.

The match will take place on the September 23 episode of WWE Raw with Uso and Breakker getting into a confrontation on this week’s episode, as can be seen below.

With tensions at a high between the pair ahead of the match, Rikishi has made a prediction for the outcome on the Off the Top Podcast, saying:

“Let’s see what happens, you know. Again, I ain’t, you know, I ain’t been, you know, tapping in or tuning in, but uh, yeah, we’ll see what can possibly happen.

“The way I see the tables turning, I see it turning for the YEET man, and then we’ll see from there, or it might be an outside interference, you know, it could be somebody, or I don’t know.

“It could be another Bloodline member, or there are so many ways we can go with this.”

Rikishi is the father of Jey Uso and his brother Jimmy Uso, along with Solo Sikoa who current leads The Bloodline.

The WWE Hall of Famer had previously been critical of the way that Jey Uso was booked.

Uso responded to his father’s comments, telling him to “enjoy the show” before giving a shout-out to the man himself.

Jey Uso has recently discussed The Bloodline story and teased the possibility of “more surprises” and “other family members”.

He is a former WWE Raw and SmackDown Tag Team Champion, having held the titles with Jimmy Uso and Cody Rhodes.

A WWE Intercontinental Championship win would start his first singles title reign in the company.
