John Cena Pitched For ‘Game-Changing’ TNA Wrestling Crossover WWE, TNA

WWE star John Cena has been pitched for a ‘game-changing’ TNA Wrestling crossover appearance during his 2025 farewell tour.

Former WWE star Nic Nemeth has suggested that before hanging up his in-ring career, John Cena should make a crossover in TNA, following the news of the two companies’ official multi-year partnership.

In an interview with The Takedown on Sports Illustrated, Nemeth said:

“Yeah, it would be [special]. Absolutely.

As much as I would like to hog it, no matter who was in that moment with him, that would be cool as hell, because he’s done so much for so many other people, and this is a big year to get everything in.”

He’s not even going to be able to get to everything because everybody’s probably, just like Tanahashi, like everyone’s like dying to get in the ring with him one more time because it’s the last one.

But man, it would, it’d be game-changing for, [TNA]. It would just help us one more notch at kicking ass, if we got John here on that deal, on that partnership.”

Nemeth, who formerly competed as Dolph Ziggler in WWE, is currently the TNA Wrestling World Champion however at this Sunday’s TNA Genesis pay-per-view he will put the title on the line against Joe Hendry.

Elsewhere, TNA Wrestling Tag Team Champions Matt & Jeff Hardy have commented on a potential crossover appearance, noting they have already filmed something for WWE.
