WWE Star Spotted With AEW’s Swerve Strickland

WWE NXT star Keanu Carver has posted photos of himself hanging out with AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland.

WWE and AEW are clearly the top two pro wrestling promotions in North America, which has led many fans to putting the two against one another.

With both sides doing their own part to seemingly make this a wrestling war between the two, many stars have mentioned how they have close relationships with talent from the opposing company.

On June 24, WWE NXT star Keanu Carver took to social media to post photos of himself alongside current AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland. Carver wrote:

Carver debuted with the WWE NXT brand in December 2023 during the Men’s Breakout Tournament, losing to Chase U’s Riley Osbourne. Since then, he has appeared on NXT Level Up.

Swerve Strickland will defend the AEW World Title against AEW International Champion Will Ospreay on Sunday, June 30 at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
